Your free academic assessment is a 15-minute discussion, available online or in person, with no obligation to enrol. We discuss the student’s year level, subject, current needs and goals, then recommend the most suitable individual, paired or small-group option.

Individual and paired tutoring sessions run for 60 minutes. Small-group sessions run for two hours. Selective School preparation requires at least two sessions per week using either individual or small-group tutoring.

Primary students can receive English, Mathematics and Science tutoring. For Years 7–10, we offer English, Mathematics and Science. VCE subjects include English, General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. We also offer Selective School preparation.

Small-group sessions include 3–7 students and run for two hours. Students receive structured teaching, guided practice, high-quality resources and support in a collaborative setting.

Paired tutoring is a 60-minute session for two students at $60 per student, or $120 in total. Students may attend with a friend, or Smart Tutoring Services can help find a suitable partner subject to availability. The two students may be in different year levels or studying different subjects.

In-person tutoring is held at 1A Tennant Street, Sunshine North. Online tutoring is available for individual sessions only and uses the same $80 hourly rate. The free 15-minute academic assessment can be completed online or in person.

Individual tutoring is $80 for 60 minutes. Paired tutoring is $60 per student for 60 minutes. Small-group tutoring is $60 per student for two hours. Ten-session packages are $750 for individual tutoring, $550 per student for paired tutoring and $560 per student for small-group tutoring, paid upfront. Weekly small-group savings are also available: two sessions at $55 each, three at $50 each, or four or more sessions for a flat $200 per student that week, subject to availability.

Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice and no-shows incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session price.

Individual tutoring provides the most focused one-to-one support. Paired tutoring gives two students personalised guidance together. Small-group tutoring offers structured teaching and collaborative practice for 3–7 students. The free academic assessment helps identify the best option for the student’s needs, goals and availability.
