Your free academic assessment is a 15-minute discussion, available online or in person, with no obligation to enrol. We discuss the student’s year level, subject, current needs and goals, then recommend the most suitable individual, paired or small-group option.

Individual and paired tutoring sessions run for 60 minutes. Small-group sessions run for two hours. Selective School preparation requires at least two sessions per week using either individual or small-group tutoring.

Primary students can receive English, Mathematics and Science tutoring. For Years 7–10, we offer English, Mathematics and Science. VCE subjects include English, General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. We also offer Selective School preparation.

Small-group sessions include 3–7 students and run for two hours. Students receive structured teaching, guided practice, high-quality resources and support in a collaborative setting.

Paired tutoring is a personalised 60-minute session for two students with one tutor. Attend with a friend, or ask Smart Tutoring Services about finding a suitable partner, subject to availability. Students may be in different year levels or studying different subjects. Paired tutoring is delivered in person in Melbourne’s western suburbs. Enquire for a program recommendation and current fees.

In-person individual, paired and small-group sessions are held at 1A Tennant Street, Sunshine North VIC 3020. Individual online tutoring is available across Melbourne and regional Victoria, including the eastern suburbs and rural communities, at the same rate as in-person individual tutoring. You do not need to live in Melbourne’s western suburbs to enquire. The free 15-minute academic assessment can be completed online or in person. We will explain the current fees and suitable program options during your free 15-minute academic assessment. Individual, paired, small-group and structured subject programs are available, with multi-subject discounts for structured 10-week programs.

Unlimited scheduled group support is $150 per student per week for three or more scheduled group-support sessions each week across English, Maths and Science. Bookings, suitable class availability, timetable and capacity apply.

2027 enrolments are open: enquire before 1 December 2026 for 30% off your first term in 2027. Places are subject to availability. Ask how the offer applies to your preferred program.

Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice and no-shows incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session price.

Individual tutoring provides the most focused one-to-one support. Paired tutoring gives two students personalised guidance together. Small-group tutoring offers structured teaching and collaborative practice for 3–7 students. The free academic assessment helps identify the best option for the student’s needs, goals and availability.

Maths students complete a 45-minute diagnostic test covering the content expected at their year level. We use the results to identify their strengths, gaps in understanding and the support they need, so tutoring can target the areas that will help them make the most progress.
