About Smart Tutoring Services

Founded in 2021, Smart Tutoring Services provides personalised academic support for students from primary school through to VCE. Based in Sunshine North, we help Melbourne students strengthen their understanding, confidence and independent learning skills.

Founder Andrew is a PhD candidate in physics with a strong academic background in science and mathematics. His research experience and passion for teaching shape a structured approach that makes difficult concepts clear, manageable and relevant.

We offer personalised tutoring in English, Mathematics and Science across primary and secondary year levels. VCE students can receive focused support in English, General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Students can learn through individual, paired or small-group sessions. Paired tutoring allows two students to receive personalised guidance together, including friends or a suitable matched pair subject to availability. Every program is supported by carefully developed notes, practice questions, assessments and fully worked solutions.

Our tutors hold current Working With Children Checks. Lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, with regular practice and clear explanations designed to build lasting understanding—not short-term memorisation. Whether the goal is to improve foundational skills, prepare for VCE or regain confidence, Smart Tutoring Services provides a clear pathway forward.
