Tutoring Programs & Pricing

One student works with one tutor in a fully personalised 60-minute lesson for $80. Available in person at Sunshine North or online. The same rate applies across Primary School, Years 7–10, VCE and all offered subjects. Lessons are tailored to the student’s needs and include the required notes, questions and learning resources.

Two students share one tutor for a personalised 60-minute lesson. The price is $60 per student ($120 total). Students may enrol with a friend, or Smart Tutoring Services can help arrange a suitable partner, subject to availability. Students may be in different year levels or working on different subjects. Paired tutoring is available in person at Sunshine North.

A focused two-hour lesson for 3–7 students at $60 per student. Small groups combine structured teaching, individual guidance and collaborative practice across English, Mathematics and Science from Primary School to VCE. Sessions are delivered in person at Sunshine North.

Two small-group sessions in the same week cost $55 per student, per session. Three small-group sessions in the same week cost $50 per student, per session.

Four or more small-group sessions in the same week cost a flat $200 per student for unlimited small-group sessions that week. Sessions may cover different subjects and are subject to availability.

Pay upfront for ten sessions and save: Individual tutoring is $750, saving $50. Paired tutoring is $550 per student, saving $50. Small-group tutoring is $560 per student, saving $40. Package pricing is available across all year levels and subjects.

Personalised English, Mathematics and Science tutoring builds strong foundations, confidence, problem-solving skills and effective learning habits. Families may choose individual, paired or small-group support at the standard prices shown above.

English, Mathematics and Science tutoring helps students close knowledge gaps, strengthen core skills and prepare confidently for senior secondary study. Individual, paired and small-group options are available at the same standard rates.

VCE students receive targeted subject support, SAC and examination preparation, structured revision and premium practice resources. Selective School preparation requires a minimum of two sessions per week, using either individual or small-group tutoring. Standard and multi-session pricing applies.

Every program begins with a free 15-minute academic assessment, available in person or online and without obligation. Lessons are personalised to the student’s needs and supported by carefully prepared notes, practice questions, assessments and worked solutions. There are no registration, administration or resource fees.

In-person tutoring is provided in Sunshine North. Online tutoring is available for individual sessions at the same price as in-person tutoring. At least 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice and no-shows incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session price. All bookings are subject to availability.
